Reiki & Energy Healing
Certified Pilates Teacher
SRT Therapy Co-Founder
I lived with debilitating pain, injuries, and feeling lost for years. I am grateful beyond words to now live in harmony with my body and spirit. With my entire heart, my life mission is helping others to alleviate pain, enhance movement, understand their bodies, and find hope with healing. I intend to share and give all I have learned so others can find healing and harmony in their body, mind, and soul.
I was a national champion synchronized swimmer and a triathlete. With a lifelong desire to help others and a fascination with anatomy and physiology, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology: Pre-Med from Grand Canyon University. Shortly after graduation in 2011, I was hit by a truck at 60mph while riding my triathlon racing bike. My mouth broke my fall at 40 mph and my swimming muscle memory saved my life... I dove beautifully into the pavement. Years of surgery, rehab, and pain changed my life perspective and career path completely. Pilates taught me to walk and helped me to move, understand, and appreciate my body again. I became a PMA Certified Pilates Teacher in 2013. I specialize in Pilates for pain and rehab. I became a NeuroMyoFascia Therapy Specialist and began teaching fascia therapy training courses in 2017, training health and wellness professionals.

In 2018, I co-founded Soft-Stretch Release Techniques (SRT Therapy) with my partner and love of my life Chris Kalisz. SRT is a soft, gentle, and non-aggressive approach to NeuroMyoFascia release, stretch, and emotional healing inspired from the ancient modality Thai Massage that blends concepts from MyoFascial Release, CranioSacral Therapy, Stretch Therapy, and Energy Healing.
SRT Certifications are 2 or 4 day traveling clinics for all massage therapists, personal trainers, physical therapists, chiropractors, pilates and yoga teachers, and anyone interested in bodywork. Our SRT Philosophy focuses on both the emotional and energetic pieces to healing, as well as the physical.
It is not the technique itself, but the intention and energy of the therapist who is applying it. SRT comes from our hearts and we are so grateful to share this loving modality with you.
